From Carmarthen Approx 30 minutes
- Leave Carmarthen on A40 towards Llandeilo
- First island 1 mile take first exit A485 towards Lampeter
- Next island 400 meters take second exit again A485 towards lampeter
- After approx 8 miles turn left towards Pencader B4459
- Continue on this road through Pencader,llanfinangel straight on at cross roads
- Through Capel Dewi to Rhydowen
- At Rhydowen Straight across cross Roads B4459
- After 1 mile at tee junction Spar shop if front of you turn right
- Continue for 4 miles to Talgarreg in 30 zone take first left our sign on left
- Down hill over stream entrance on left.
